Arnie: Your points are well-taken. Although I would pass some of the blame on to others, he remains ultimately responsible for each one of the missteps on your list. Where Mr. Baldino is extremely strong is in his ability to raise capital. For most small Bio-techs, this is no small feat. It separates them from the larger pack. But you have fairly challenged my contention that he is a "strong" CEO - truly strong CEO's should have a better overview then we've seen outside the money arena. Hopefully, he will eventually earn my generous label. Time will tell. Regards, Wally
