Yes, Clinton did wrong. It was not a very big wrong. It was just done by a very big and powerful person.

Now are the Republicans going to tie the country up in knots about this for months to come in an impeachment process the public, in overwhelming numbers, do not want?

The public is telling the Congress that this is not a High Crime and Misdemeanor. They are right. Republicans have been beating this to death because, unlike the last Congressional term, when they had lots to offer, they have nothing of late.

A backlash, and a big one is brewing. This is the low point for the President. And it isn't even low at all in the public numbers, though you'd never feel that listening to the media. The prosecution has shot its best shot, made its best case.

Now its the President's turn. Support will increase. Disgust with going forward with this will increase.

The public want this to stop. The Repubs. better listen.
