OT Here's the news on the tape. ...The committee was expected to meet in closed session either Wednesday or Thursday to begin the process of deciding how much of that evidence - which includes Clinton's videotaped testimony - should be made available to a public... ...Democrats fear the videotape of Clinton's testimony will not put him in the best light. Those familiar with his grand jury appearance have been quoted as saying Clinton lost his temper several times and once had to take an hour break to cool down... msnbc.com rumor going on with the talking heads tonight that Clintons video before the grand jury may come out tomorrow. Combine the tape with no interest rate cut news tomorrow and you get a nice one-two punch combo that will kill this rally dead. If what Stephen says is true, MM's covered positions before AG's speech, and the rally should be ending shortly. JMHO! I got the impression he was negative on the market for the rest of the week from his tone .... so after a slight upbeat tomorrow, I personally expect a pullback. Regards, --o--

INDEX UPDATE ----------------------- Very simple - Basicly the overall market is a CLASS SELL to obtain at tomorrows highs. I did not differentiate between the CLASS 1's and CLASS 2's: DOW OEX SPX XMI HFX NAZ NDX MSH IIX XCI EGI YTK DRG BKX CWX CEX FPP MSFT INTC Put it this way, this is one of the clearest market wide CLASS sells I have ever seen. I realise that is hard to believe in light of todays performance but per my system it is so clear. For those who are familiar with my CLASS SELLS or BUYs, they are only good for the initial pop or dump. Afterwards it switches to my mid-term analysis to determine continuation.
