when i first heard about cci/fdc/msft i honestly got a little worried coupled with the stock price tanking Pete brought that merger out when the Snow was still on the ground here in Michigan. I think he even said jokingly during the FLA conference that he'd pay the legal fees to put that merger together. It was a non-event except for the stock price tanking. It's a case of sheep reading news, and dumping shares without any insight into the dynamics of the merger....A buying Opp? I'm already planning on it.
