I don't guarantee the accuracy of them, but here goes..... *Backlog currently at $75mil.... *Co. is up to 1,000 employees.... *Ongoing daily dialog with Siemens - don't see any problems with board approval going through *Management is very, very optimistic on the both the short & long term prospects of the Co.... *1st quarter is half over & is going very well.... *Maxwell France is operating, and expect to have Maxwell Germany soon.... *Siemens was sold a broad-based NON-EXCLUSIVE license for Maxwell's products.... *Maxwell has carved out a geography for themselves that Siemens cannot sell in.... *Siemens will sell Maxwell's products for them until their own production capacity is ramped up.... *Need more liquidity for stock - 2 for 1 split would probably occur around $40.... *I-Bus should acclerate growth to around 50% going forward.... *4 new production factories have gone on-line in last 9 mo.'s... *New factory should be on-line by end of November that would 5x current capacity and possibly cut some costs by a factor of 2x (I am not sure of which products or the exact details of this one).... *Still have over 300 inquiries that they have not closed the loop on yet.... *Funded research is becoming less & less of sales & product sales are becoming more & more( less than $2mil of the $12mil in power conversion sales came from funded research).... *The electromagnetic filters may have found a new home in hearing aids.... *Of Maxwell's 3 main competitor's, 2 have asked Maxwell to buy them(please read that again).... *The 3rd, Panasonic, has a current product line that is where Maxwell's product was 2 years ago.... *Mazda was added as a client this quarter.... *Growing relationship with General Electric Medical is developing nicely.... *Tetra-Pak is shipping their 1st commercial product, with Maxwell designed into the unit, to a dairy in Modina, Italy....
