I went back and read the exchange from the beginning. I was unaware that I was invading. Perhaps I was. Perhaps I've read too much about fat, ugly Monica and cold, ugly Hillary and find it all a bit much, and reacted from that. There was nothing humorous about your comment from a woman's perspective, the women that you try to appear to be defending. And there is nothing to suggest that Bill C. forced himself on Monica. That's a serious, not light, statement. The fact that there are women that are attracted to, and who will do many things for, a man in power is not new. What's right or wrong in the situation, I don't know. But there is nothing to imply that she did not make an adult choice. If she was then rejected, that is as it usually happens. All women know this. She bragged about the encounters. She doesn't give the impression of being a babe in the woods. I don't condone using the innocent, but if you look at her history that is not what she is. Nor is she a dog compared to Marilyn. I apologize for getting heated, but the comparison between her and "drop dead gorgeous women", as if it made a difference, got my goat. Rambi is a place for levity, and for going off the deepend and acting/talking stupid on occasion. This was my occasion. Oooops.
