What reason and fact cannot achieve, force and intimidation can never accomplish. You will have to try a different tactic, if you want the price to rise here. Besides, if you are looking to me as the reason this is a 2&cent stock, your questions at the stockholder meeting will give you a better accounting. The management of this company is directly responsible for the performance to date. Not me. You err sadly to think otherwise. (You might ask them when they are going to file their financials and become accountably on the record. You may be surprised at what comes out of that.)
