You all are forgetting that its a share holder meeting jhild doesn't hold any shares remember! Well your usual thorough job of due diligence there JT. This just in from Raging Bull - it's a public meeting. If I were to come, you would be able to recognize me rather easily, as I would be the one laughing.: I called the company and the shareholder meeting is open to all. You are correct that the only official agenda is for the merger, but don't forget we all get to talk to management at this meeting, and ak questions. Now if the answers are not to my satisfaction I'll let everyone know. ragingbull.com
