First, thank you for spelling Hilary and repertoire correctly so that I can copy you. <g>

I think it is jumping to conclusions to view Hilary as a "wronged woman" that would seek a divorce. Marriage, any long-term committed relationship, is complex. It can be based on many things beyond the general conception. I don't think there is much question that Bill C. is a bit... immature on certain levels. It is entirely possible that Hilary C. acts as.. mother/other figure and fulfils her other needs for intelligent, mature companionship elsewhere.

I don't know the complexities of legal workplace sexual harrassment, however, as far I have read there has been no indication that Monica L. was coerced in any way. She was angry that she was transferred to the Pentagon, but she did not lose her job nor was she denied promotion to my understanding.

What I find odd is a bit of reverse... arrrgh.. descrimination? in the words I read from people that assume these women are not acting as intelligent, independent people making choices. There seems to be a knee-jerk reaction to thinking that they are surely being manipulated and used by the man, when in fact they may well be, have been, acting on their own accord with full knowledge and understanding of the consequences.
