It literally seems that Amazon has sold its soul to the devil. Even the most optimistic analysts don't see amazon making money until well into the next decade, so what do you think is going to happen to their share price (if they still exist) when suddenly they have to repay that huge debt?

So now it appears that Amazon is

A) Getting its books on "favorable" terms from one of their major suppliers who happens to be selling roughly the same amount of "gifted" amazon shares per month to cover the costs of those books

B) Spending money raised from junk bonds to finance operations, yet STILL manages to lose 7.50 on each order.

C) In the last week has had their loss estimates raised by 100% for this quarter by nearly every analyst.

D) Has a book value of -13 million

E) Still has a stock market cap of 3 1/2 billion dollars.

Anyone want to predict the outcome of this farce? Can you say 10 dollars a share by years end? I sure can. I'm going to buy some Jan 10 puts tomorrow!
