YES! His presidency will be ineffective, especially in foreign policy. He will be a laughingstock, much like Yeltsin. But it's a shame that his true crimes will never be punished,since he bought an insurance policy against impeachment when he got those 900+ FBI files. Machiavelli would be proud of his student. Jack

Resign? NO!!! The Republicans took control of the house in 1948, what did we get? Witch hunts, McCarthyism, blacklisting ect. It took 40 years for people to forget, and now their back in control, "trying to get at the truth" (?) I'm pissed at Clinton for his behavior, but I also judge a man by the character of his enemies... 70% of the people want him to stay in office. If the Republicans run him out of office against the wishes of the people, it'll be ANOTHER 40 years before we have to deal with House Republicans again.
