And I was just beginning to enjoy the exchange of opinions... <ROFL>

And I find it simply amazing that you claim you are involved in raising "non-dilutive" financing for AZNT.

This is such a misnomer. There is no such thing as non-dilutive financing, especially if you are doing convertible preferred offerings. Eventually that preferred get converted and dilutes the shares. However, until that time C/P holders receive interest payments (hopefully), thus in essence qualifying it as debt.

And if the convertible debt/preferred is floorless, the holders have a vested interest in shorting the stock in order to bring the price to the point where they can convert into more shares.

But Bgtit... if you are raising money for AZNT, I have no problem with that. But you still fall under the same disclosure regulations of 17(b).

Dean, I suggest you consult a qualified securities lawyer.

Regards,

Ron

bgtit: I believe you.
It seems to me that you know by now whether or not you have anything to be concerned with.
My original post to you was just cautionary, I would have hated to see someone get into trouble by mistake. (their not knowing the rule)
Your posting and any reference to 17b should be a dead issue to people here, IMO.

btw, I hope you are not correct about Ron and the post office, those guys are really tough.

At the beginning of this thread your postings seemed to have been very promotional. You did not disclose you were being paid when you were advising people that insiders were not selling and advising that they buy the stock.

Ok, here the market makers go. I am saying this loud to let the street know the following

INSIDERS ARE NOT SELLING SHARES. THIS IS A TACTIC THAT THEY USE TO CREATE REAL PAPER TO COME TO THE MARKET.

HOLD YOUR POSITIONS DO NOT LET THE RUMORS RUN WILD ON THIS.
INSIDERS ARE NOT SELLING

THIS IS THE WAY SHORT SELLERS CREATE PAPER. HOLD AND BUY HOLD AND BUY HOLD AND BUY

INSIDERS ARE NOT SELLING
