<Are we getting ready to rally?> I don't know. I am persuaded to believe that this is the last ditch attempt. If the market fails to consistently move higher into Friday I will stick to my negative bias. Shorter term, I think any spike before/during AG's testimony should be analyzed for qualities that may make a quick short palatable. I am a little fatigued by my earlier trade, though. I rarely spend so much time watching and waiting. So I may not have the energy to do anything productive later. Still in those options, I suppose?
