Probably not.....Fred has an averaging method built in which generally means he has to wait until the "bar" is over.

Mine has no such setting, however. Although I have it set on 45 minutes and not 60, it was stopped at 34.40 basis Cash. I don't use it myself. It just happens to be on a chart I was testing for reliability.
