Yea - these start-up think tanks seem to pretty much operate the same way. It's kind of like a kid going to college. First they get student loans they have to pay back, then they have all their research done and someone gives them a Visa card, then they get out into the real world and find it isn't exactly as they expected while they're still responsible for paying the loans back. Luckily, in time, most of these kids do just fine after they've been through some real life experiences. So "Company A" ordered 200 filters, will "Company B" that has also trialed the filters decide this technology is indeed reality and order 400?
