I don't think I'm on the tracks anymore than I was last year, but am awaiting for the upturn. I must say that if this indeed makes it through this period, once it turns it will be very good I would have to think.

Does your October/December decision depend on who's doing the tax selling? That is, would you say December if you expect more individuals than institutions to get out and October otherwise (or vice versa)? And if so, does anybody know what the institutional/individual percentages are? The WSJ briefing books used to have this but don't seem to anymore...
