There is still tremendous downside risk in this stock, 50% at this point I would say. Simply because there are no buyers around and there won't be for a long long time unless or until there are some major positive developments. A few contracts even large ones are not going to do it either, the psychology is just not in place. Still lots of sellers though - holding Ciena at this point is like holding a week old tuna sandwich in the fridge - it may still be good and nutritious but who wants to take a chance. Why not go to MacDonalds and pick up a few other internet stocks instead.
