GVTucker, >>>Routers and modems ar pure commodities. <<<

Peanuts, coffee beans, and Rolexes are commodities. Today's coffee bean and Rolex will look and do pretty much what coffee beans and Rolexes will be doing and look like ten years from now.

But, R&D, cable, satellites, ADSL, and investments will influence how and what routers, switches, modems, and microprocessors will be like and how they interact with each other ten years from now.

Your friend Kurlak is prbably more comfortable analyzing commodities rather than advanced technologies where he has to constantly update his knowledge base if he is to be effective in his work.

Anyhow, this is all conjecture for now, but lets wait and see.

Mary

The buyout will likely happen ASAP.

It should be great for Intel.

Intel Stadium sounds great too.
