I think when you wake up tomorrow, you should know what Jobs says
in his keynote speech, and the stock will respond accordingly.

My thoughts have nothing to do with you being bearish.

Travis, indeed it could just be that I'm plain annoying, a possibility left open by the first paragraph quoted from the Motley Fool. I have to say though that your (and others) reaction to a testimonial like this:

I just went back to the computer store. Two young women playing with the mouse and iMac, one turns to the other and says: "Cute! ... I would buy it if it was a pentium".

make me believe it's all about being bearish. Bulls here post testimonials all the time, some of them negative --usually about SWAS that are lagging behind. You don't see half the reaction for those that I got for my posting.

Reread the quoted paragraph, and just for a second imagine soup had sent it.... Do you find it as annoying as before? Why? .... Now replace the "I would buy it if it was a pentium" with "I just bought one for my mom". Do you find it annoying?

So what do you think, is this annoyance at all related to me being bearish?

My guess is that, if you are honest, in all probability you answered yes. If you honestly answered no I believe you too.

I'll give you the right of last reply and let's move on.

HHhhmm..I am doing that (clicking on your name) and seeing your post that says you "just went back to the computer store"-posted at 2:10 pm

I wish... "I would buy it if it was a pentium": you just can't make those ones up... As Norm said, where are the Intel Inside stickers when you need them? :-) :-) She made me smile when she said "pentium", since I presume what she really wanted to say is "wintel"...
