Patrick, I'm still the proud owner.. broke my own rules on short term trades and of course by doing so I'm finding out why I made the rules in the first place.

This morning's news looked positive.. currently I feel its ok.. will see. thanks for asking.

The big charts, indexes, look like 8130 or 8260 caps the run short term... but I'm aware that the recent volatility needs to be wrung out of the option market. Predicting these last three days of expiration has a lot to do with what's on the books to win or lose to square positions.

I do think we're getting a rate cut.. Greenspan certainly won't tell us now. They'd always prefer to see markets stabilize without forced intervention... so they're watching what happens with hints and hints taken away.
