Dennis1,

While I do not think that some insider selling is necessarily bad, it's definitely not good and I agree that yahoo shows just filings for potential sells. Edgar has three filings that have yet to hit yahoo. These may be refilings, who knows? However, since no one here has reported the contents of these filings and I find it hard to believe that no one here has a paid subscription to Edgar, I'm guessing that the contents on these 144s are not just re-filings. Also, I'll have to look it up but I seem to remember that in a reported conversation with Kevin, the filings were discussed and MS admitted that there was some selling of the "some of the employees have got to eat" variety. I'm not saying that MS sold any shares. Lastly, the amount of potential shares registered for possible sale by company insiders is not large but it is the maximum allowed under the law for some individuals.

Tom

Regarding 144's. Remember that each insider is only allowed to file to sell up to 1% of total outstanding. So the most that any one person could file is approximately 195,000. Therefore, some of the insiders have filed to sell close to the maximum that they are allowed to.

As many have pointed out, however, none has been sold according to the most recent filings.

Kevin

Don't you think any
intellignet person would have sold in the past run-up to 2.25?

I bet they wish they would have...

Dennisl. FYI, the 144 sales are not posted. Sales have certainly occured from 144. We know this to be true because MANAGEMENT TOLD US! They said they were selling so they could live, rememeber?

By the way, please don't tell me that they don't INTEND to sell, otherwise, why did they file?
