There is a rumor on the Yahoo board that LSI is about to sign an agreement with Kodak. Has anyone heard anything to back that up, or is it just hype. Thank you

I think this, and the lower sales from MEMC yesterday/today, reflects all those 8" fabs that never got built.

Shane-thanks for the DPMI info. As they are mothballing their Gresham facility "less than 6 months to begin production there" it doesn't bode particularly well for LSI to have a significant ramp in Gresham when (and if) they open it in December. Presumably, they have good communication since DPMI was building their plant to support LSI. Hardinger used almost the same language as Wilf in the warning except Wilf used future tense about Sept. and Hardinger used past tense. It looks from here like we don't have to worry about the price of LSI getting away from us on the upside for a while longer. We may still have time ahead of us to get a further weakening in the larger, global players and a steeper upslope when we do get on it. How is everyone"s patience holding out? Still an LSI diehard......

Best,

Mike
