True, a 1-800 does exist for tech support, however, it can only be found on the Wal-Mart site and not on the AMGV page.

Additionally, I was thinking more in terms of Customer Service for someone "thinking" about purchasing a system. Some folks would like to talk to a real person and ask about components and their manufacturers and perhaps ask for some advice on the various options.
Thanks for taking my Q's to CO...

I am glad you are able to attend the shareholder meeting October 2nd and are able to ask questions firsthand. I also envy your backpacking trip into the Rockies.
Could you ask about AMGV's long-term and not so long term plans. If they are planning on grooming this fledgling internet sales Company to eventually compete head on with the likes of Dell and Gateway...and do they have a strategy in place to accomplish this? Do they have an aggressive marketing plan in place and will Wahlmart have a part in helping to aggressively market their BTO line with them.
I like the question about whether they are planning to have Wahlmart in the picture as their bread and butter for sales of the product?
Just trying to get a sense as to how serious they are in trying to build AMGV into serious competition for the internet market.
I do also like the idea of the kiosks in Wahlmart stores and if Wahlmart is going to seriously promote their online catalogue store, or is AMGV going to handle most of the promotion and marketing of the sight on their own?? In other words what is their longterm alliance with Wahlmart? And does AMGV have big plans for the future of their products? Just trying to get the overall picture of how they perceive themselves and if they plan on an aggressive strategy.
I think the previous questions are supurb and I hope people will take the opportunity you are providing and ask questions they may have.
Hope you get a breath of fresh air both at the meeting and in the Mountains.
