Richard: Thank you for revealing something about the nature of the failed pilot plant test.

Since the failed 600 pound leach test at the 10-ton pilot plant occurred in May or so, we weren't notified for SEVERAL MONTHS of said failure! Aren't companies required to disclose material information to shareholders? Or does the lack of fully reporting status mean shareholders can be SCREWED AT WILL?!
