Coming from you Ms. Shell, who has offered this thread nothing but hype, speculation and outright lies in your attempt to terminally short AZNT, I find it incredible you even had the urge to post that jibbersh. You posted there was an arbitration hearing and judgement against AZNT. You post , to this late date, that you will still post proof of this. Your "JJ" posted the contention is false, the story is fabricated. He posted that right before he evaded all questions on the subject and high-tailed it back off S.I., leaving you and Mr. Mitchell as two shills left holding the bag. Secondly, you say there is no connection between Mr. Marchese and Wellrich. Is that so Ms. Shell? Why is Wellrich calling up the shareholders they sold 144 stock to and asking them to sell their stock. Why is the TA rejecting the shares? Who is continuing, even at this late date, to short against these shares? I hear your new Wellrich laison Mr. Oswald will be giving you and Mr. Mitchell some new documents to scan. And please tell me, if there was an arbitration hearing and a judgement against Wellrich, why is Wellrich filing an 'Order to Compel'. AZNT had no binding contract with Wellrich, did they Ms. Shell? When Mr. Shur left it was null & void, wasn't it? Why do you think Wellrich is using S.I. to litigate this case instead of a court room? They use you & Mr. Mitchell because I guess they figure you will perform no diligence to verify what they feed you, or, you are an accomplice of theirs. We can wait until the next milineum Ms. Shell, but you will NEVER BE ABLE TO POST DOCUMENTATION OF A JUDGEMENT AGAINST AZNT!, you and Mr. Mitchell were used by your good friend "JJ", Mr. Oswald will use you next, therefore I have to believe you are being used willingly. To critique Ms. Ellen about "relevancy" is quite humorous. Your lies and hype only serve to confuse and create havoc. Canacord starting covering today, the others must follow and ALL must cover by the 30th court date or go to jail. Your hype about AZNT phytogenic products not being dietary supplements displays more of your lack of diligence or malicious intent. What is "irrelevant" is your bashing, the float is held in safe hands, far removed from S.I. and will be called into name when the company instructs. 4.4MM+ shares must be bought in the open market and returned by Sept. 30th to the TA or those not complying with the restraining order will go to jail.
