Brooke, The hang-up goes beyond even the cont-alt-del command. Nothing other than just turning the computer off will work. I waited for over a year to start using QP since I really do not like using a "beta" product with all of the problems that come along with it. I guess that I should have waited a little longer. I thought that it was a very good thing that Gary did yesterday, when he left a message saying that the data would be delayed. But to put out the data today and leave no comment or even have a message on their answering machine, takes them back to ground zero (in my opinion). Do you know if this type of thing has happened in the past and what was done to correct the situation? --- webb ---
