That sounds right. I think backplanes though will grow
to 50 % of the business within 2 yrs though. Cisco
business is going to explode from 0 to a huge amount.

Software doesn't seem to be a major deal.
Backplanes powering the internet is where this is going!

Employees had their options repriced
right below the 20 level last week. Maybe that says the company
thinks this price area is a pretty good deal.
