Mr. Simpson,
<What kind of policy says you
are fired if you ask another employee out on a date?>

Mr. Simpson of the 7 jobs I have had in my life since I was 14, 6 of these jobs had such a policy, however you were told on the front end upon being hired that it was not exceptable behavior and were required to sign a document agreeing to such terms before being hired. The one job I had (for 8 years) that did not have this policy in affect had 2
BAD situations that would not have occurred if this policy was in effect. The jobs range from McDonald's to Civil Engineer, with dates from 1979 to present.
Personally speaking, if I owned a company I would have such a policy after what I saw with the 1 job that did not. (I used to think it was stupid when I was young until I saw an example of WHY such policies exist).
Sincerely,
Hraka
