Well Mr. Forthright (and you seem exactly that to me... :0),

I, also, would like to know what happened to all of that money AZNT raised last year from their Wellrich guided private placement.

I know that AZNT is claiming that Wellrich banked some of the proceeds, but that doesn't make sense to me unless Sylver is such a poor manager that he wouldn't have had the investor's checks deposited in a solely controlled AZNT account.

But either way, even if AZNT had received 1/4 of the $4 million alledgedly raised through sales of stock, that should be easily sufficient to have a 10K filed (no matter if the SEC rules or not on the technical worth of TON).

Thus, one would assume they have the money and this money would be far more credible an asset than the intangible worth of the product rights.

Imo, there is NO EXCUSE that this company hasn't completed a full audit of its financials or at least a 10Q (unadited). It causes me to wonder if something more sinister is at work behind the "front" that is the short squeeze" (term being used very loosely in this context).

Can any of the longs enlighten us on this issue??

Regards,

Ron

I am looking for someone to tell me how the company will account for 4 million issued but unpaid shares in its next 10-Q.

Obviously THAT'S why the 10-Q, and the 10-K, haven't been filed. Never mind this silliness about Loricchio's "intellectual property".
