Funny enough bgtit brought up the fact that these shares had been improperly issued but still continued to hype the stock. I guess the fact that he knew something was wrong should not be of worry to him, after all bmart will promote the hell out of the stock.

You are simply not posting the truth, again. The SEC filing stating that the delay was entirely attributed to the "intellectual properties" issue was posted on this very thread. Do your DD and stop hypeing.
