Colleen, they tighten it up once buying comes in. They are deterring any selling because they are like you and I. They want to see PLRP at higher levels because they know that there is impending news that will dramatically affect current prices. We are for sure going to see two PRs over the next couple of weeks and we are going to get national coverage in the next 24-48 hours. Those who are sitting on the fence are going to miss this buying opportunity because it moves at the blink of an eye once buying comes in.
