Lazarre- I couldn't agree with you more. It is absolutely maddening to interrupt and end a substantive interview with no less than the Chief Commentator. What an insult to Bill Seidman. That title is absolutely patronizing when they cut him off to get in yet another ad for discount brokers.

Wake up CNBC!! You are doing a disservice not only to your audience but to your guest! Instead of telling us about the market ups and downs every 10 minutes, (of which we can all see with the DOW bug), interview a guest a little longer than 90 seconds, and if you have to pay the bills, keep the guest on hold if you can and come back to them. This is my biggest pet peeve with the station.

I assure you, you won't have to reinvent the same redundant commentary every half hour if you had more in depth interviews with guests.

Respectfully, JPM

First post here - I really am getting quite tired of the CNBC commentators (esp. Pissani and Bartiromo) classifying days such as today as huge down or up days. Ladies and gentlemen, I've got news for you, we better get used to these moves from here on in AT LEAST one day a week. 200 points today is not anything to get hysterical about.
