OT-- kind of -- I agree the IMF seems to be throwing money down a hole in Russia, and they have been amazingly harsh on the poor people in the little countries where they have "helped".

But Rubin did again brought up the nuclear problem in Russia. If the country completely collapses, don't you think that more than a few of their 10-20,000 warheads might end up in the black market? I mean what is the cost of IMF funding compared to rebuilding Tel Aviv or Washington DC after it's hit by a kiloton device?
