Nevermind that, he was PMing people awhile back that he was going to take PRWT to court under the RICO act. For those of you who don't know what the rico act is, it is an act that was created so that the federal government could battle organized crime. That is how they got John Gotti. It has nothing to do with any of this and an individual does not prosecute under the rico, the feds do.
