TDFX, which had a larger market cap than Cyrix prior to acquisition, is quickly approaching $100M. Their 10K states that all the company's foundry capacity is purchase order based, so they have no long-term contracts. National has capacity utilization of 41% and could use more 3D expertise. TDFX could use the time to market advantage that comes with having a fab.

Just thinking aloud,

Bob

Joe,

I have been travelling in Asia for months. It is the time to make more money from my own business. :)
