Jeff, Thanks for your post. Clearly, GPGI is culpable in concentrating on production to the detriment of having all permits in place. I can understand how that could happen. In my view, the cure would by no stretch of the imagination have to go to a "closed loop system". Lets get real. How many mines in Arizona operate on a "closed loop system". AZDEQ, get real! I cannot even believe that they would require anything near that. I think that GPGI might be over reacting here. I do not believe that this is anything other than a beauracratic exercise. We will do what is required, and if it is excessive, then we will appeal. I know how government agencies operate in spades. We are committed to full compliance, period. Now, I also think that us small shareholders should look further into the origin and nature of the complaint, and perhaps gather further understanding of what is going on here. There are clearly forces who do not whish for GPGI to succeed and be profitable. Let us attempt to identify the forces against us. If the enemy is us, then we we need to consult with Pogo. If the enemy is external, then we need a strategy for victory. Shorts can drive the stock price to a point where a startup company can no longer find funding for its operation, and that is all that they can do to damage a worthy company. Clearly, GPGI has dedicated investors and moneyed investors who think that it has merit. I do not feel that the shorts can take this one as they have others in the past. My personal view is that the bastards have bitten the wrong dog here! I am not suggesting any strategy which would trap the shorts and that is against my nature. Let us just let the market operate as it should. The market should consist of informed or not informed buyers and sellers in a free maret. Anything other than that is "chicanery", and it will meet its destiny in a free market. It galls me that Canada allows the crap that it does. Clean up your act, you Great and Beautiful country!! I will not visit you until you do, and I sold your dollars today, Jack!!
