upgrades/downgrades...

often "special" investors are privy to this info long before you and I.

Often. after an upgrade, it is best to wait for profit taking on the "good" news .... then enter the stock a day or two "after" the fact.

You don't nescessarilly have to know the news as soon as it's out ... you just have to know ... figure out how the market will react ... then prepare for that.

Yesterday KM got an upgrade .... KM is already off it's bottom.
Did it go up yesterday and today? well, not really. BUT. It will now that profit takers had played out their little game and already made their money. Now it should move up, return to trend line. Target 20.
