I am not that clear about Par's intention. Is that a resignation? Or he just get rid of all the "children" and be the CEO of nothing? Can anyone of you help me to understand what were actually announced in the conference call? CH

Looks like Osicom is trying to return to it's roots. Shell companies and good old fashioned stock promotion. Of course the blockheads finally figured out that the Osicom name is so despised now that they can't offload Osicom stock to the public anymore.
