I have been using RTIII for about 2 months now and I am still perplexed regarding "other" charges that are being levied when using ARCA. These "other" charges (on the sell side) range from .50 up to about $18.00. Now, I understand the SEC charges, but when I questioned my service re: the higher fees, I was told it depends on how ARCA executes. Can someone explain to me how this works and why it occurs on selective ARCA trades and not others. ANY help will be greatly appreciated...thanks! -Ron Lewis
