Yes taken in context with Royal Oaks inability to meet loan covenants and debt.

P.S. ...Royal Oak said that in July, bondholders, Trilon, financial and Northgate Exploration demanded Royal Oak transfer ownership of Kemess to a wholly owned subsidiary.

What are the implications of this? Anyone?
