I'd say those doctors haven't been in practice very long.

" a spokeswoman... said doctors on the island notified the organisation.... "It is the first time they had seen someone with a heart attack who was healthy and didn't have any risk factors," she explained in a telephone interview."

talk about hearsay.
is it even made clear that the "notifying doctors"
are the "they" to whom she refers in her telephone
interview
.

please, yes......bring on celebra.

europe, the galaxy, just get the numbers and pass on the news.
please, enough already.

The guy was 65, he's in Aruba, who knows what he'd been up to since he's there. Too much exercise? Too much excitement? Or as BR wrote, he had an undiagnosed heart problem.
