Scott, the P2-300MHz Dell doesn't use Rage Pro II
In fact I don't think there is such a chipset. Can't find it on ATI's website.

The P2-300Mhz Optiplex G1 has an Integrated ATI RAGET IIC AGP with 2MB standard, upgradeable to 4MB which is described as Entry level 2D/3D AGP video controller graphics solution. It starts at $1807. There's a Celeron 333 that uses the same chipset for $1513.

This is not a good chipset, though I admit the price is more than $900.
