Appears to me that we are seeing a shift from the original plan to provide guaranteed mortgages to Belize citizens to providing more typical mortgages to Belize Americans. If so, the result might not be bad, only different, and perhaps the government backing they needed before would not be necessary. Just one possible explanation for the events we've seen over the past few months. Of course, who can really know without more information from the company. Beany
