First, the seller was one from and original 504 when the company was private is what I am being told. I am being told they have locked up those shares with the seller and have worked out an agreement

The PR for sure will be out sometime Tuesday. I have confirmed that with Mr. Calkins. In the PR there will be an announcement of an international distribution agreement with anticipated revenues and sales from the announcement.
Also in the announcement will be projected earnings over the next year.

My take on that one seller was that he was holding the stock from when the company was private and doesn't know the events that about to unfold. He had a target price and executed his plan. Now that he's gone, he'll be kicking himself next week when the story unfolds and we move towards higher grounds.

Mark,

My take is similar to that of Kevin and Reason. The seller had held shares for over a year, at an average price of under .20. He may have been having financial troubles, and decided that a double on his money wasn't bad. I wouldn't try to read tea leaves into his decision to sell.

Furthermore, PR should be out sometime on Tueday, per my conversations with the CEO. And my opinion is that it pertains to an international distribution agreement.
