Sea Change

Craig,

Thank you for your response.

<<I am not saying that Osicom can't build a suitable
product for sale.>>

Pinch me! Am I dreaming? Did the real Craig Crawford
actually pen (or keyboard) these words?

Seriously, Craig...this declaration, together with your
accompanying statement questioning Osicom's ability, to
manufacture and distribute the GigaMux in a profit-
generating manner, signals a sea-change in your posture.

I happen to have the same concerns. Apparently, so does
Osicom's management. Yesterday's CC implies that the
projected restructuring is intended to address the
challenge of which you make mention.

Can current management pull it off? I have some rather
serious doubts. Undeliverable large orders might prove
to be more damaging than no orders, over the next couple
of months. There would appear to be a small window during
which time the company must somehow manage to get its
finances in order and support potential ramp-up. How they
do this absent significant gains in revenue...or additional
share dilution, is a question the finance wizards out there
will have to answer. Damned if I know...

Enjoy the weekend,

Ron

<<< Doubtful...>>>

Craig,

Sure I said a while ago that I have no problems as far as the past is concerned but your last post on FIBR is nerving me again.

It took me ages to make up the loss earlier this year.

You and others have done your level best to incite existing shareholders in OSICOM to sell and get out while warning off prospect buyers to get in.

You claimed in BIG letters and in private E/Mail exchanges that you knew that OSICOM is a SCAM and Mr.Parvinder, you implied was a fraud as well. I recall further that you made statements that OSICOM has "nothing of value". I do not know how many people have lost and how much, due to your verbal assaults all over SI. Does it not strike you now that you have been proven wrong on OSICOM.

Now, you have the guts to say that you are doubtful they can manufacture the goods they offer for sale. Why did you not tell people back then that you were doubtful instead of advertising FIBR as the best short on the planet, because the company is a SCAM?

In other words they have something of value after all and are not a SCAM today because they " sold real products " which you no longer can damage away with malicious intent?

You just delivered a shinning example why I call your kind of shortening practises a economic pestilence.
