Yep, I'm long ASND. It will be interesting to see if they "settle" for $50. I guess I'd be happy with that although $60 would be much better. I think they believe (truely) that they can make a go of it alone which could make a deal difficult. My prediction is LU needs them bad enough that they'll go $60 and we'll see a deal in the $60-$65 range.

ASND alone will not win, and will die slowly. So, the best for ASND is to accept LU's $50 offer and be successful with LU in the future.
