I do not know, but I will recap what has been expressed earlier on this thread and my personal thoughts. MVEE plans to report before the end of this year (I believe Nov. or Dec. was mentioned). The feeling is they are waiting to sell one or two of their movies so that they can show some income (hopefully next month in Milan). If they do not sell any of their movies and they do not report, I would guess that things will remain about the same (very slow decline with low volume). If they do sell some movies at a profit and file with SEC, then I would expect a huge percentage increase in the stock price.

vanilla, I was told by Jeffrey Volk that the company would be reporting in December. Capitalism posted some time ago that the company would be reporting in September. In one of the #900 posts (see index), Jeffrey Volk told someone that the company was just about to make an announcement about SEC reporting. Do we see a pattern? In my opinion there are 2 very important issues here. If management expects people to invest their hard-earned cash in 1st Miracle, is it not reasonable for the company to fully disclose their financial situation? After all, <<thousands>> of public companies do this. It's even going to required by law of all publicly traded companies soon. Secondly, the company is perhaps setting a very bad precedent by failing to follow through on an action that is totally under their control. This may become a credibility issue. I will put up with some of Jeffrey Volk's "I don't know's" and obfuscations, but NOT on this issue. Regards, Suzanne
