Scott, I think the correct calculation in the example you gave would be 1.31, which is the ratio of winners to losers. The weighted 2.49 method gives better results, but your winners are not 2.49 times your losers. If your average winner is $800 and average loser is $500, your w/l ratio would be 1.6.
One thing that the Pro stressed that I forgot to mention, is that to expect results over 60% for a long period of time is not realistic. Some periods will be 75% or better, but then others will be 50% or worse.
