Well you're all wrong........LOL, I just had to say that. But, its a Federal TRO, and if the restraining order is violated then it becomes a matter of contempt of court(federal).......have you figured that out yet. Then there will be a injuction or final restraining order. Gees i thought you'd all figure that out by now. I guess everyone is as tired of this thread as I am. But then its friday and I need to on vacation now. Last post for a while. You all have a good time. I will be focusing on other projects for a while since they have been neglected. But, I'll follow along here when I can. I have financing prepared to close and cannot spend alot of time with you gracious people on this thread....BYE ALL, See YA, P/O'd and haten it.

Mr. Forthright, What a good laugh you gave me today!! And to think just yesterday you were sending me all those delightfull PM's about how you and I would make such wonderful friends OUTSIDE of S.I. ! Mr Forthright, if there is one thing you most certainly are NOT it's 'forthright. I told you then and I tell you now. You side with individuals who have lied to us with malicious intent. Mr. Mitchell admitted the arbitration hearings and judgements were a farce! fabricated stories! I told Ms. Shell that BEFORE she posted publically the bogus claims. She posted them anyway! Today when I confronted her on the bogus claims, she evaded the questions, again. And you! I told you, if you were as serious about honesty as you say you are you would not evade the lies of Mitchell & Shell. You merely made excuses for them citing they have been right a few times in the past! Ha! Mr. Forthright, you went on further to call me a "moron" today as well! You are worth a good laugh! You attempt to terminally short stocks then nominate the folks you attack with your bile as "morons". You are worth a good laugh Mr. Forthright and let me inform you that we would never be "friends" under any conditions. Good Day sir RB
