Steve,

That is not exactly fair , mi amigo. did you know that besides on the internet, I have never been approached by a christian in the flesh, that wanted to give me a plan of salvation? Of course, I have seen TV preachers, and there is the odd guy on the street with a bullhorn, repeating himself to everyone that passes, but I have never had someone personally come up to me and address me with the chrisitan plan of salvation.

Of course, that certainly doesnt mean that people arent out there doing just that. However, many religion dont have people go out and do that. Jews dont, and many christian sects dont either. why is that aspect important to you? and why isnt it important to all christian sects? And what is it about me that makes me unapproachable in that regard? either I already looked saved, or already looked beyond redemption? Both scare me :-)

Why then was I never shown this Islamic plan of salvation until I met you?

Well first of all because there isn't the sense of "being saved." We were never hell bound to begin with. It's a matter of Muslims showing one God's path.

You may never have been shown because you didn't know any Muslims, or those that you knew were acquainted with you on a business level or one that doesn't make it appropriate to discuss religion.

.Only after I asked you, you published it. [You probably did before and I never saw it, but you should publish, along with other Muslims in your faith often.]

Excuse me? What do you think I've been doing these past months??

You live in America. There aren't millions of Muslims in America. I'm sure you're contact with them is minimal. Just because you haven't heard of the Dawah does not mean Muslims don't do it. It may be you choose not to look at the places where Dawah is being given. Dawah cannot be forced upon someone. Either they are open minded to question their religion and consider new evidence or they attack the religion and insult it (as you and others have done before).

To say that Dawah hasn't reached you but Christian Missionaries have is totally unfair. You live in a Christian nation. Of course Missionaries have reached you. And Muslims want to as well. But one has to be willing to receive it.

I find it strange that if your plan of salvation is the way to God, it is not publishized more frequently, like Christians publicise the Christian faith.

Again, it's publicized extensively. Muslim financial aide in the West isn't exactly strong. There are many organizations (ISNA, ICNA, CAIR, etc.) that are trying to do so but their efforts are sometimes only extend as far as free pamphlets or books. They don't have the backing of the U.S. government or million dollar loans. Try typing in "Dawah" in Yahoo's search box and see what comes up.

I can tell you Dawah is being spread everywhere. And part of that proof is in the fact you're receiving it right now.

Peace be unto you,
Norris
